On this page, children (or adults) can recommend or review children's books.
Books make great gifts and the are fairly cheap when bought at the supermarket.
However, charity shops are cheaper still, and once you've read the books, the shop will be happy to have them back.
Better still, join the library and read for free!
Tiffany, Year 6, reviews "Billionaire Boy". Author - David Walliams
Heart-warming and uplifting. Once you pick it up you won't be able to put it down.
Great for all ages.
The O'Sullivan Twins
I'd recommend this book by Enid Blyton to Year 4/5.
Horrid Henry by Francesca Simon
I'd recommend these books to Year 3/4.
Here's a quick list that should satisfy older boys and girls:
Eoin Colfer - Artemis Fowl
J.k. Rowling - Harry Potter (obvious choice but good)
Tove Janson - Moominland MidWinter
Jerry Spinelli - Star Girl
L. M. Montgomery - Anne of Green Gables
