Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club opens at 8.00am each day. 

Please make sure your child arrives before 8.15am to ensure they get a good choice of breakfast.

 

New School day times September 2023

From September 2023, in line with statutory guidance for schools, the school day has extended so that we are delivering a 32.5 hour school week for all our learners.

The school day is as follows:

Nursery 8.45am – 11.45am

Reception to Year 6 8.45am – 3.15pm

In order to accommodate starting 5 minutes earlier than previous years, the gates will be open at 8.35am and closed just before 8.45am so that teaching can start promptly at 8.45am.

 

Duration of our school week in each key stage 

Nursery 

The children in Nursery attend the morning session 

• 8:45am -11.45am
• The children in Nursery are in school for 15 hours a week 

Reception 

• The children start school at 8:45am and finish at 3:15pm
• The children in Reception are in school for 32 hours and 30 minutes a week 

Key Stage 1

• The children start school at 8:45am and finish at 3:15pm
• The children in Year 1 and Year 2 are in school for 32 hours and 30 minutes a week 

Key Stage 2

• The children start school at 8:45am and finish at 3:15pm
• The children in Years 3 to 6 are in school for 32 hours and 30 minutes a week
