We know our children love reading. In school we read at least 1 story a day. We have a much loved reading area where children access books independently. Children also love to access books in different areas of the classroom.

At home you can:

Share stories, talk about the pictures

Add story time into your daily routine (bedtime stories are really special)

Give your child the opportunity to access books independently

Visit your local library

Let your child see you read
