Playdough Recipe

Some of the activities I have recommended in our Home Learning pack require playdough. If you don't have any at home don't worry it's really simple to make your own and if you make it with your child they learn all sorts of other skills! Here is one of our favourite playdough recipes that we use at school. If you don't have/can't get cream of tartar just leave it out, it just means your dough won't last as long. If your dough is too dry and crumbly I find adding a little extra oil helps. If your dough is too wet, add extra flour:
