Today, I would like you to think of adjectives to add to sentences about the two main characters in the story.


An adjective is a word that describes an animal, person, object or a thought. Adjectives include words that describe what things look like and what they feel like to touch, taste, or to smell.  Adjectives can be colours and words that describe temperatures and sizes. Examples of adjectives are; red, loud, soft and small.  Think about the adjectives used in the story.


The Dot had a _______ face.

She made a _________ sound.

The Dot was _______.

Miki had _______fur.

He had a _______face.

Miki had a  _______ paws.




Today's learning objective is - Comparing numbers within 10.  In this lesson, you will count and represent sets.  You will then compare two sets, deciding which has more and which has fewer.
