Good morning Year Six. Below you will find your learning challenges for today. Please remember to use our class email address if you have any questions about your learning. I would also really like to see any home learning you complete at home so if your adult allows you to, take a picture of your learning and send it to me on our email address. :)

English - you will find both the questions and answers on these sheets

Maths - you will find both the questions and answers on these sheets

Use the 'Calculation Examples' page to help you when answering the arithmetic questions.

There are examples of how to complete addition, subtraction, multiplication and division calculations.

There are also web links for other areas of maths covered in the arithmetic test.

Please do not worry if you find some questions difficult or you have forgotten how to answer some of the questions - just try your best. :)

St. George’s Day activity:

It is St. George’s Day today. St. George is the patron saint of England. Patron saints are chosen as special protectors or guardians over all areas of life. England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland all have their own patron saints.

Watch the video at the link below:

Use the video and the information to create a fact file all about St. George.

You may also want to create a flag or several flags to decorate your house.
