Personal, Social, Emotional Development

Changes in routine can make us have lots of different feelings. We might experience some new ones that we don’t recognise or maybe some old ones that we find it hard to talk about. Breathing exercises can help us to relax and think positive.

Can you make a rainbow breath?

Have a look at the video below to help you.

Dance break of the day

Sing-a-long song of the day

Hey Diddle Diddle

Hey diddle diddle, the cat and the fiddle,

The cow jumped over the moon.

The little dog laughed to see such fun,

And the dish ran away with the spoon!
