Friday 22nd January

It's Fridaaay!  You have worked really hard this week. Thank you to all of you who have stayed in touch in whatever way you can. Your feedback helps us to help you and we really appreciate it.

Here is the timetable for today. We begin with our whole school online assembly. We hope you can join us.

This afternoon we have our first Music lesson (provided by Mr Byers). You have been sent the login details for this via Parent Mail. If you can't find the information just email us in Y4 and we'll pass it on again.

In our Design and Technology lessons we are learning how to include battery powered lights as part of a mini lighthouse. Read the instructions below for what we'd like you to do this week.

Design and Technology

Our current Science topic is Electricity. We have linked D.T. with this and will be creating models that use battery powered lights. Our Christian value this term is 'Hope'. So, we have chosen to design and make mini lighthouses as symbols of hope.

We will send instructions for how to make one in your learning pack for next week.

This week we would like you to draw the outside of a lighthouse to show which colours you would like to decorate it with. Keep the colours bold but don't add too many small details as they may be hard to paint on the final model. You can show us your designs in our next Google Meet.
